INSTALLATION The recommended placement is at least seven feet above the ground, but as close to the ceiling as allowed. This will vary depending on each brand, however, and at Arnold's AC, we can help you with your selection.
SIZE Ductless and Mini Split AC systems generally run from about 6,000 to 10,000 BTUs and can condition the air in rooms and areas from 150 square feet to more than 450 square feet in size.
VOLTAGE Smaller-powered mini splits use a standard 110 to 120 volts. Larger units require higher 220-240 volts depending on the brand and model.
